Raduga Children's Health Camp is part of the Kamchia International Children's Recreational Complex of Moscow government in Bulgaria. The concept design is a work of a team from St. Petersburg's Zone Research and Design Institute of Civil Buildings, with chief architect Prof. Igor Malkov.
