The compromised wooden planking on the hotel floors is removed. All railings and vertical elements have been replaced with metal and wood composites.
The windows on the southern façade of the restaurants and the lobby have been enlarged. The lids above the entrances have been changed. On the ground floor are added wooden lining and stone masonry, which give a more natural and environmentally friendly look.
