Cherkovna Residence is a newly built residential complex of three buildings.
The buildings consist of a ground floor, six typical and two terraced floors.
Made with high-quality materials – etalbond, PVC with a five-chamber profile, foiled in graphite color, triple glazing – 32 mm, with opening according to the architectural project. The shops and the penthouse apartments on the last two terraced floors have aluminum joinery of the “ETEM” company, with an “interrupted thermal bridge” and triple glazing.
