Building B73 won the Building of the Year award in the category RESIDENTIAL BUILDINGS UP TO 10,000 SQ.M.
B73 is a high class residential building located in one of the most attractive areas in Sofia –
James Boucher Blvd. №73, hence the name of the building. The vision is a clearly defined horizontal composition, which flows into dynamic three-dimensional elements in the area of the staircase. It is in this area that the smooth and horizontal lines turn into complex shapes, which form the accent of a residential building B73.
